Adrian Sierkowski was born in 1983 directly into filmmaking; his father, Edward Sierkowski, had been a Lighting Director and Director of Photography since 1975. From an early age, Adrian was inundated in the technology and culture of professional filmmaking. At age 10, he picked up a Beta-Cam VTR while accompanying his father on a shoot and by the end of the day had earned his first paycheck.
After many years of working as a Production Assistant, Grip, and Gaffer, in 2004, he enrolled in Temple University for a BA in Film with a concentration in Cinematography as well as a BS in Visual Anthropology. He soon after began working professionally as a Director of Photgraphy.
Since 2004, Adrian Sierkowski has photographed Feature and Short Narratives, Eposidics, Music Videos, Documentaries, Industrials, and Live-Events.
He currently lives in Philadelphia while he continues to shoot locally, nationally, and world-wide.
